--The Free Ad-Supported Television (FAST) Network Devoted to Automotive Entertainment Will Debut the Female-Led, 10 Episode Series from Brenton Productions in 4Q 2023--
ANNAPOLIS, MD – MAY 16, 2023 – Speedvision, the definitive auto entertainment network, today announced the greenlight of HELPING HANDS GARAGE, an all-new automotive build and restoration series from Brenton Productions with an empowering and inspirational twist. The all-female core team features professional driver and builder, Collete Davis, and motorsports reporter and enthusiast, Katie Osborne, with additional contributors including mechanic and stunt driver, Bri Lynch. The series is currently in production and is slated for world premiere in 4Q 2023 only on Speedvision.
Each 30-minute episode of HELPING HANDS GARAGE will follow Davis, Osborne and team as they reach out to deserving families and individuals who have experienced recent hardships and misfortune. Driven by their compassion and fueled by their collective automotive talent, the team from HELPING HANDS GARAGE leans in to help other women and men fighting through adversity; including rebuilding after a natural disaster, holding down the home front while their spouses are away on military deployment or serving as first responders to those in their local communities. The team will put their helping hands to work getting cars back on the road for the people who desperately need them, one project at a time.
“HELPING HANDS GARAGE will spotlight the true mechanical skills and automotive insights that create compelling builds. This series shows real heart, generosity and human-interest storytelling,” said Robert Scanlon, President and CEO of Speedvision. “HELPING HANDS GARAGE is going to be a significant addition to Speedvision’s best-in-class lineup of automotive entertainment and introduce our audience to new experts with whom they’ll immediately connect.”
“We are thrilled to be collaborating with Speedvision and other industry partners on HELPING HANDS GARAGE,” says Chuck McGonagle, President of Brenton Productions, Inc. “Telling the stories of real people while helping them overcome challenges with the automobiles in their lives is a compelling and fulfilling endeavor for our team.”
